01) O QUE OS MOTIVOU A RETORNAR COM A BANDA INRI?

A vontade de realizar um trabalho de novas composições. A INRI fervilhava dentro de minha mente e da minha alma inquieta. Como compositor a ideia de montar uma banda, vem desde novo. Demorou. Compatibilidade entre as pessoas é primordial. A INRI foi mudando de formação, mais por projetos de vida dos caras. Com a quarta formação agora e uma nova concepção de projeto vamos em busca de um show. Já vi o cenário do metal surgir e sumir, creio que os estilos se renovam, dormem e acordam. Estamos motivados a realizar este novo trabalho.

02) COMO DEFINEM O SOM DA BANDA? E QUAIS SUAS PRINCIPAIS INFLUÊNCIAS?

1. No Limits assim defino o novo estilo do metal criado pela INRI. As influências vem desde o quarteto de Liverpool até o power trio de Porto Alegre (Krisium). Black Sabbath, ACDC, Dep Perple, Led Zeppelin, Destruntion, Iron Maiden, Napalm Death … são tantas bandas influentes e boas que dá para encher a zine toda.

03) CONTE-NOS SOBRE OS TRABALHOS JÁ LANÇADOS?

River Death 1990 terceiro trabalho da banda em K7. Este foi levado para Itália por uma

amiga e emitido pela rádio RAI durante algum tempo em um programa underground. Está oi a notícia que esta amiga nos trousse. Não nos mandaram nenhum playlist. Já com Death the Dead em CD 1994 enviamos para França através de um anúncio de revista metal da Rádio Triangle Programa Le Emission Underground de David que me enviou vários playlists durante dois anos. Em 1998 com novo repertório para gravar houve integrandes saindo da banda, falecimentos de familiares foi ruim. O tempo passou rápido 2003 voltamos a tocar com um novo baterista fizemos alguns shows e gravamos dois sons, estávamos sem baixista tocamos mais uns shows e o beterista não quis continuar por falta de baixista. Mais um tempo parado.

04) QUAIS FORAM AS APRESENTAÇÕES AO VIVO MAIS MARCANTES?

No Araújo Viana com Leviaethan e Avipam com mais duas bandas ambas em Porto Alegre.

05) QUAL SUA VISÃO DO UNDERGROUND DOS ANOS 80 PARA OS DIAS ATUAIS?

Não falando da tecnologia, da tape para internet, o processo natural das bandas é ter um repertório que agrade o público alvo.

06) QUAL SIGNIFICADO PARA A ESCOLHA DO NOME DA BANDA?

Tony Iommi do Black Sabbath usava crucifixos de prata para entrar protegido nos shows. Olhei para um crucifixo e vi escrito INRI e assim chamei a banda.

E também há uma história que vem dos antigos egípcios que INRI significa Pelo Fogo a Natureza Se Renova Inteiramente. 

07) COMO ESTÁ A ATUAL LINE UP?

Estamos em plena atividade.


08) DE ONDE VEM AS INSPIRAÇÕES PARA ESCREVER AS LETRAS? QUAIS TEMAS ABORDADOS?


Vem da situação em que o mundo se encontra tanto cotidiano social, política como de catástrofes naturais e criminalidade usando a poesia do terror.


09) QUE PODE NOS ADIANTAR PARA AS NOVAS COMPOSIÇÕES?

Um mix de estilos metaleiros com letras apocalípticas.

Como estamos trabalhando os arranjos de novas composições não estamos tocando covers.


11) QUAL SUA VISÃO DA ATUAL CENA UNDERGROUND NO RIO GRANDE DO SUL?


Segundo o que ouço de amigos e de bandas que conhecemos nos estúdios que ensaiamos o cenário está fraco, mas o metal é alma para mim e sei que o publico está esperando quem mexa com suas mentes.

12) QUAIS SEUS PLANOS PARA O FUTURO?

Preparar um grande show com boa aparelhagem de som e luz com cenário de palco e uma boa campanha publicitária, algo que cause o despertar deste público que está por ai nos quartos, escolas, bares, praças e trabalhos.

01. TELL US ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF ZDAŃ?

Athame: Zdań has begun as a DSBM project by Athame and Agnostyc. We composed a few riffs to create songs. But then Agnostyc had difficult times in his life. He endured hard depression. He was in apathy. He didn’t want to do anything including music. In this hard time I stayed alone. I didn’t know what to do with this project. My soul was longing for it. I wanted to finish the first album anyway. Then I started searching for a person who could help me with recording. When I met Disorder - a guitarist and bass-guitarist - I had finished all the songs of the first album. He has DSBM project I’m Nothing. They recorded one album and stopped their existence. We focused our attention on the recording of Zdań music.

Olga Kann helped us with cover art. She organized this crazy photoset and made the design of the booklet.



02. WHAT WAS THE FEELING FOR THE CHOICE OF THE NAME ZDAŃ?

Athame: Zdań is a Belarusian name for “ghost”. We all lose close people, time spares no one. Memories of them remain with us like ghosts. They come to us from our memory and the hidden feelings of sorrow and sadness emerge from the depths of the soul.


03. WHAT`S THE ACTUAL LINE UP?

Athame: We are a studio project at the moment. But I’m going to assemble a band to play at some gigs may be in the future.


04. WHO WRITES THE MUSIC? LYRICS? AND WHERE DO THE LYRICS IDEAS COME FROM?

Athame: Lyrics and music were written by me (Athame). It comes from my soul, from my heart, from my feelings. Like many people I find it very hard to endure the death of the nearest people. Grief, sorrow and sadness are the main sources of the ideas of music. The lyrics also cover topics of temptation, human weaknesses, meaningless premature deaths, filth of human vices and sordid desires. I mourn the imperfection of human nature. All these issues are reflected in the lyrics.

05. WHAT MERCHANDISE DO YOU STILL HAVE AVAILABLE?

We have no more merch. But we are going to make t-shirts with our logo.


06.TELL US MORE ABOUT: SVETLAJA PAMIAC, VIECNY, SPAKOJ - FULL-LENGTH.

Athame: SVETLAJA PAMIAC, VIECNY, SPAKOJ is our first album. It was released by a Japanese label Maa Prod on the 7th of April 2017. It contains seven songs. The album turned out very melodic and heartbreaking. It reflects my very personal experiences and emotions. I expressed in music what I cannot tell anyone. I want to bring my pain through the music to the listener. I hope listeners feel the same emotions I felt and recognise their own feelings in it.

There is Disorder at the cover. The idea of this cover is to show the listener the theme of this album


07. HAVE YOU PLAYED MANY GIGS?

Athame: I played gigs with other bands of my fellow musicians or my old bands as a pianist or a vocalist. But We have never taken part in gigs with Zdań.


08. TELL US ABOUT THE BLACK METAL SCENE IN BELARUS?


Athame: The black metal scene in Belarus exists and it is developed fairly well. There are many old-style bands playing classical black metal. But I am mostly interested in DSBM and atmospheric bands. There are few interesting projects playing DSBM in Belarus.I can advise music I really enjoy: I’m Nothing, Victim Path, Chernolesie, Door into Emptiness, Dymna Lotva, Folkvang, Kaat, Niezgal, Pagan, Zmrok, [Für].


Disorder: I want to emphasize that one of the outstanding features of the Belarusian metal is the Belarusian language of the lyrics.

09. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF SATANISM AND OCCULTISM?


Disorder: Satanism and occultism is an integral part of the formation of black metal as a style and ideology, but there are many other directions that also have a great influence on a modern variety of subgenres. It is manifested in the pre-Christian past of Belarus and the national love for folk melodies. The large number of precisely pagan black metal bands is the consequence of this.


Athame: I was trying to study something about Satanism and occultism when I was younger. I was very interested in this questions before. I could not put into practice any of the recommendation. Maybe it is a kind of philosophy. I like to study philosophy. but not more than that. I'm not a religious person. I am not an adherent of religious groups and sects. I do not trust anyone in matters of my worldview. I have my opinion on all the questions.

Perhaps there are mystical things that I have not encountered. I do not deny their existence, but I cannot take it seriously until I encounter them in my life.


10. WHAT´S THE BLACK METAL FOR YOU?


Athame: Black metal is total mental war with doubtful values of people. Black metal is a confrontation of vicious human nature, self-development and the search for truth. Black metal is underground music for those who are disappointed in the imposed values of this world and try to comprehend the truth through their reason and sensations. Black metal is a resolute protest to the prevailing opinions in the society and a false morality.


11. WHICH IS THE IDEOLOGY OF ZDAŃ?


Disorder: As a DSBM band we try to excite the listener’s feelings and emotions. Emotions in the majority influence the development and formation of the person in own self. My main idea is personal development.


Athame:

I always tried to convey my experience through music. The music of this album mainly reflects my pain, sadness, sorrow, mental anguish, regret for the tragic events of the past. I hope the music will find a response in the soul of the listener who is experiencing the same feelings or some form of depression. I hope that listening to our music will help listeners liberate themselves from the deep feelings of those emotions which are usually hidden and suppressed.


12. DO YOU HAVE ANY SIDE PROJECTS?


Disorder: All the musicians of Zdań have side projects. We played in different groups, in different directions, from folk to black metal. (Jar, I’m Nothing) We never restricted ourselves to one particular direction.



Athame: I’ve enjoyed music since my childhood. I used to play in different bands. I try to be interested in all the worthy musical styles. But one day I realized that DSBM was my favorite music style.

Now I take part in the projects of my mates. But my heart belongs to Zdań.

13. FUTURE PLANS?

Disorder: As for the future plans, the recording of the second full-length album is being carried out now. The songs for it have already been invented, half of the instruments have already been recorded. In the near future we will finish the recording and will start looking for a label for its full implementation. Still, as mentioned above, there are plans to assemble a band and play a few concerts. And we will try not to stop at what has been achieved, to develop and to move forward.



14. ANY LAST COMMENTS?

Disorder: I would like to send my best regards to all the fans and listeners of black metal. And I would like to not want to change myself and achieve my goal. Many thanks for your interest in our band. Hello from Belarus.



Athame: I want to tell people who are currently experiencing difficult periods in their life, feel the devastation and pain that life is short. We need to appreciate every minute and live every day as the last, because every day death is closer. Whatever happens, do not choose death, value life. Death will come for you at the appointed time.

02) COMO DEFINEM O SOM DA BANDA?

Definimos com aquilo que gostamos de fazer,’BARULHO’ ahahahha, a galera nos colocam RG, falam que tocamos crossover, thrash, hardcore, bem a verdade deixamos o pessoal chamar à OSSOS do que quiserem e assim agradamos gregos e troianos.


03) ALÉM DA BANDA OSSOS. VOCÊS TOCAM EM OUTRAS BANDAS OU PROJETOS? OU TOCARAM EM OUTRAS BANDAS ANTERIORMENTE? QUAIS BANDAS QUE JÁ TOCARAM?

Todos da OSSOS já tocaram em outras bandas, mas nada de sério, nosso baterista toca em outros projetos, ‘DUKARAMBA’, DIEGUITO E OS ALCALINOS, VELHO DITADO. Marciús Pezzi tocou na ‘CASCÃO’, ‘JOELHO DE PORCO’, ‘NÚCLEO BASE’, ‘APHASIA’, ‘DESGOSTO’, ‘PS’ e OSSOS DO OFÍCIO. Claiton tocou na ‘MARY JANE’, ‘BLECAUTE’, ‘FILHOS DE NINGUÉM’, ‘ VODKA CYTI’,’ MANIA SERRANA’ E OSSOS DO OFÍCIO. Leno tocou na ‘KORROSIVOS’ e ‘R.I.P’. Gustavo tocou na ‘OSSOS DO OFÍCIO.


04) COMO COMEÇOU O INTERESSE PELA MÚSICA? PARTICULARMENTE MAIS PELO ESTILO QUE TOCAM?

Todos tem um gosto em particular na OSSOS e começaram e interesse musical de formas diferentes e quem sabe em uma outra entrevista com cada um saia esta resposta, hahahahha, mas os estilos em comum que fazem nossa banda ser o que é e nos mantém unidos como família é o som agressivo e sujo do hardcore ao death.


05) O QUE OS INSPIRA A COMPOR AS MÚSICAS E ESCREVER SUAS LETRAS?


O cotidiano mentiroso em que somos obrigados à suportar, corrupção, fé forçada, mente doentia e psicopata e mais um tanto de absurdos.

06) ONDE E COM QUE FREQUÊNCIA VOCÊS COSTUMAM ENSAIAR? EXISTE UM LUGAR FIXO OU OS ENSAIOS SE REALIZAM MAIS EM ESTÚDIOS?

Ensaiamos uma vez por semana em um estúdio alugado aqui da cidade , gostaríamos de ter mais dias para ensaiar mas nossa agenda de shows esta lotada e não nos deixa tempo para criar alguma coisa inédita, claro que é ótimo fazer shows mas também é bom criar e descansar. Em 2018 vamos dar um tempo para nosso álbum novo.

07) GERALMENTE QUEM COMPOE AS MÚSICAS E LETRAS?

Marciús Pezzi faz 90% das letras e as composições das músicas são uma junção de coloca nota ali, um solo lá, uma batida ali, toda banda se ajuda, ultimamente o Gustavo esta com a criatividade à mil e esta compondo muitos clássicos.

08) COMO FOI A PRIMEIRA APRESENTAÇÃO DA BANDA AO VIVO? E QUAIS FORAM DEPOIS OS SHOWS MAIS MARCANTES?

Ahahahahahahah, o primeiro show da banda foi em setembro de 1998 no show de talentos de uma escola, com mais 6 bandas, quando subimos ao palco a coisa foi feia, a gurizada saiu quebrando tudo, ‘LITERALMENTE TUDO MESMO’ portas, carros, nariz, foi um belo começo!!! Um show inesquecível foi em 2003 onde fomos convidados para abrir o show de uma banda que estava lançando o Cd, tocamos para uma casa lotada e quando terminamos o nosso show e pessoal foi embora achando que a OSSOS tinha organizado o festival e lançado o Cd, muitos pediram nosso álbum e quando falamos que não era nós se decepcionariam, conclusão foram todos embora felizes e não teve show da banda da noite. OBS: Era uma banda chata pra caralho mesmo! Ahahahhahahahhah, mas ninguém merece isso!!!

Esta é uma marca registrada da OSSOS, músicas em português, temos 3 músicas em inglês mas continuam em nosso repertório por enquanto, por que o pessoal pede em nossos shows, são canções antigas mas a idéia é ficar com letras 100% nacional, temos orgulho de nosso Brasil, mesmo o coitado estando cheio de hematomas.

11) COMENTE SOBRE O EP: MÚSICAS DE FUNERAL. ESTE FOI GRAVADO INDEPENDENTE. COMO ESTÁ SENDO A DIVULGAÇÃO E COMO FOI TODA A PREPARAÇÃO PARA GRAVAR E INVESTIR NESTE EP?

Put’s,’ MÚSICAS DE FUNERAL’ era para ser um álbum, mas infelizmente não gostamos do resultado resolvemos ficar com apenas 5 músicas, não podemos reclamar e exigir muito também , nosso investimento foi baixo e a banda estava em um momento delicado com troca de músicos, estava de saída um baita baterista que criou um estilo próprio para nossas músicas, claro que saiu por uma bela causa e não por brigas como em outras bandas, nasceu sua filinha e o mesmo resolveu ficar mais com a família. Mesmo assim nosso Ep gravado com dificuldades nos causou espanto, vendemos todas às cópias em duas semanas.

12) VOCÊS ESTÃO PROCURANDO UM SELO OU UMA GRAVADORA? O QUE VOCÊS PENSAM EM RELAÇÃO A ISSO?

Isso é o que falta ainda para a OSSOS ser conhecida em todo território nacional. Queremos muito achar alguém responsável para cuidar de tudo, um empresário que acredite em nós assim como nós temos que acreditar nele, acho que toda banda pensa nisso, teve vários entrando em contato mas a conversa sempre acaba no momento $$$, cara o pessoal só pensa em lucros, largam propostas inaceitáveis, tipo: ‘SE MUDAR UM POUCO AS LETRAS E DAR UMA MOLDADA NO ESTILO,VOCÊS E NÓS VAMOS GANHAR DINHEIRO’ foi isso que escutamos do último que veio nos procurar, acredita em uma coisa destas??? Porra, se o cara procura a banda é por que escutou e conheceu de tal forma, ai o cidadão quer mudar cortar o braço do nosso filho por grana! NEGATIVO, se vier até nós é por que gosta do que fizemos.

13) GRAVAÇÕES DE CLIP E VÍDEOS VOCÊS TEM ALGUNS QUE ESTÃO DIVULGANDO NO MOMENTO? COMENTE-NOS COMO FOI FEITO AS GRAVAÇÕES? Temos 3 clips oficiais, ‘FUCK NOISE’, ‘SMELL CHILD’ & CRAZY FOR YOU, os 3 de músicas em inglês justamente para ficar registrado e para quem gosta poder curtir, pois não vamos mais fazer músicas em outra língua, só em português mesmo. Fuck Noise foi feito pelo produtor Túlio Lam, ficou muito bom mesmo, gravado com várias câmeras e editado profissionalmente, os outros dois foram mais independentes mesmo, com editores caseiros, mesmo assim o resultado ficou muito bom também.

14) COMO FOI OS SHOWS DE LANÇAMENTO DO EP: MÚSICAS DE FUNERAL?

Como comentamos anteriormente, foi uma surpresa para OSSOS a venda de tanto Cd, tanto é que no show de lançamento do Ep a galera cantava junto as músicas, isso é uma realização como músico. A galera que acompanha nosso trabalho é fiel, são um povo que nos deixa orgulhosos de ter banda, não é a toa que estamos na ativa à anos!!!

15) QUAL SUA VISÃO DA CENA UNDERGROUND EM CAXIAS DO SUL?



Vejo muita banda reclamando e escrevendo frustrações sobre como o publico não esta comparecendo, nós não achamos o mesmo, nossos shows sempre estão cheios e a galera sempre proporciona um belo espetáculo, mosh pit direto, somos famosos por fazer show onde a galera sai com hematomas, feridas e até dentes quebrados. Temos o apelido de fábrica de hematomas, ahahahahha, achamos muito tri este apelido, obrigado à quem inventou.

16) VOCÊS JÁ ESTÃO COM AGENDA PARA NOVAS APRESENTAÇÕES AO VIVO? JÁ TEM DATAS DEFINIDAS?

2017 esta sendo muito generoso com à OSSOS, agenda lotada com datas todas definidas até março de 2018 onde vamos parar para trabalhar no álbum ‘SOMOS A FAVOR DA VIOLÊNCIA’, estamos revelando o nome do  álbum em primeira mão aqui para vocês da HELL’S, hahahahah

17) SOBRE O NOME DA BANDA: OSSOS . EXISTE ALGUM SIGNIFICADO POR TRAZ DISSO?

Existe sim,  parte dura e sólida que forma o esqueleto do corpo do homem e dos animais vertebrados. É um nome sem preconceito nenhum, todos morrem e sobram só os OSSOS onde  todos são iguais  OSSOS em certas regiões do planeta é coisa que apresenta grandes dificuldades, coisa de banda, ahhahahaha.Um osso sozinho não se faz nada, agora OSSOS é a verdadeira união e unidos vamos longe.

18) VOCÊS PRETENDEM TER UM INTERCÂMBIO TAMBÉM NO EXTERIOR? OU NO MOMENTO SEU PÚBLICO ESTÁ MAIS VOLTADO PARA NOSSO PAIS? Nosso público é o brasileiro mas já estamos nos tramites para fazer uma tour na América Latina, Argentina, Uruguai, Paraguai, Chile, peru e por ai vai. Entraram em contato para fazer apresentações  na Califórnia , tem muito brasileiro lá, mas por enquanto ficou só no papel, mas se entraram em contato uma vez , por que não duas né? ahahahahahhah

19) QUAIS SÃO SEUS PLANOS PARA O FUTURO? Continuarmos com criatividade e saúde , para levar nosso barulho aos 4 cantos do mundo.

PSYCOPHOBIA

1) Como surgiu a ideia de montar a banda PSYCOPHOBIA ?

Mephistopheles : Inicialmente tínhamos músicas prontas que não se encaixavam nas outras bandas paralelas, então surgiu à tona a ideia de formarmos outra banda seguindo uma nova proposta nos moldes Death Metal old school, sem muita firula, agressivo e direto.


2) O que os motivou para a escolha do nome da banda?

Mephistopheles: Psycophobia é o medo do desconhecido, uma abstinência mental, é o descontrole de atos insanos que faz nosso mundo interior desabar, nos fechando no universo intelectual inverso e imaginário.


Évora Morgana: Queríamos algo que simbolizasse a fuga da lógica e da razão, coletando o ódio e o desespero no indivíduo fazendo o ser violento e degenerado (isso é apenas ficção, ehhehe)


3) Em termos de musicalidade quais são as suas principais influências?

Mephistopheles : O verdadeiro Death Metal sem frescuras, ríspido, sem firulas de técnicas e com mais feeling, feito na velha escola como por exemplo Entombed, Dismember, Benediction, e não vamos nos esquecer das pitadas Black Metal como Venom e Celtic Frost.

Évora Morgana : Eu ainda acrescento o estilo de bandas nacionais como o Sarcófago, que tinha muito desse death inicial, que unia Death e Black Metal.


4) Qual o sentimento pelo Black/Death Metal em suas vidas?

Mephistopheles e Évora: Simplesmente é o ar que respiramos, é nosso estilo de vida hoje, amanhã e sempre! está enraizado em nós desde que nos conhecemos por gente ehehheheeh


5) De onde vem as inspirações para escrever as letras e quem as escreve?

Mephistopheles: Como sou eu que componho a maioria das letras, vou responder : a inspiração vem do ódio e repúdio a essa sociedade vigente que impõe regras estúpidas que são burladas por eles próprios, o preconceito e o desrespeito aos menos desprovidos mentalmente não tem limites, isso me deixa puto da vida, a hipocrisia é tanta que não são as pessoas rotuladas de retardadas ou loucas que criam armas de destruição em massa, e sim aqueles que frequentam a igreja e a noite se ajoelham na frente da cama rezando pedindo paz no seu coração eheheh, concluindo o que me refiro é a falsa conduta religiosa que deixam as pessoas cegas e tímidas perante seu escudo invisível de apoio e otimismo .........Fala sério, isso é ridículo, por isso atacamos a igreja, são os primeiros a terem preconceito com as pessoas diferenciadas e ainda acreditam em milagres.


Évora Morgana: Também citamos guerras, mas sem fazer apologia a elas ,mas a miséria humana e o estrago mental causado por essas guerras.Algumas letras foram escritas pelo vocalista Felipe.

6) Fale-nos mais sobre o lançamento do CD "Devlish Kiss of Death?

Évora Morgana: Para o lançamento do álbum "Devlish Kiss Of Death" queríamos frisar bem a proposta da banda com a sonoridade anos 80/90 que diferenciasse das demais bandas paralelas, e que quebrasse aquele tabu que acontece hoje em dia, que bandas de death tem que ser rápidas na velocidade da luz e técnicas, e o Black Metal tem que ser tosco, eu discordo totalmente disso, tanto death como black tem de ser feito com a alma, não importa seguir um padrão.

Voltando ao assunto em questão, usei na guitarra o pedal Heavy Metal da Boss original da época, bem no estilo do Dismember e Entombed, bandas suecas do inicio dos anos 90.


7) Como estão as apresentações ao vivo? E quais as mais marcantes?

Mephistopheles e Évora Morgana: Apesar de imprevistos e mudanças na formação nestes 5 anos de estrada da Psycophobia, as apresentações ao vivo tem sido boas, com boa aceitação do público que compensam alguns contratempos com produtores de shows, e seus precários equipamentos que desfavorecem uma boa apresentação, deixando bem claro que não são todos produtores mas alguns deixam a desejar, não respeitando o estilo da banda. 
Teríamos 2 apresentações específicas que se destacam ao nosso ver: O primeiro seria o Storm 51 onde tocamos com a Krophus e tivemos a participação especial da Franciele que fez o backing vocal na música Necromantical Screams ( Celtic Frost) e Nuclear Hypnosis, que estará no novo CD.E a segunda mais recente foi no show do dia 29/07 o 'Ataque ao Fígado Fest" onde nos apresentamos com a nova e atual formação, investindo numa segunda guitarra.

8) Qual sua visão da cena underground em PoA e no RS?

Évora Morgana: Apesar de altos e baixos, a cena parece estar se fortificando novamente, com guerreiros(as) de diversas idades comparecendo e prestigiando os eventos, embora os espaços para show underground estão bem reduzidos em Porto Alegre e temos mais movimento de shows no vale dos sinos.

Mephistopheles : É muito bom saber que os guerreiros (as) estão comparecendo e apoiando as bandas locais, apesar das "panelas" e alguns "infiltrados" que nem sequer sabem o que é a verdadeira cena, mas estamos cientes que a nossa parte como banda está sendo bem feita, o público real tem nosso respeito, fora esses "infiltrados" que estão lá só para "caçar, beber e arrumar confusão e as "panelas" que não vou citar nenhum nome para não criar treta.


9) O que vocês tem de material para o pessoal adquirir e os meios para que entrem em contato com a banda?

Mephistopheles e Évora : No momento temos disponível ao público o CD " Devlish Kiss of Death" e os merchandising básicos como patches, adesivos e breve as camisetas oficiais da banda. Para adquirir entrar em contato conosco pelo facebook( os membros fundadores da banda)ou na página da banda.


10) Vocês já estão trabalhando com novas composições e o novo lançamento de EP ou CD? Conte-nos mais sobre isso:

Mephistopheles: É o que eu sempre digo aos parceiros de banda, música nunca vai faltar hehehehe, temos muitas músicas prontas fora as do primeiro CD, é muito material, resolvemos então dividir em 2 lançamentos, o primeiro será um EP intitulado "The Moon Obscure Hunt" com 6 faixas e os temas mais obscuros que tem como previsão ser lançado no segundo semestre de 20018, e para fechar o ano com chave de ouro vamos lançar o álbum "Tormented Minds" com 11 faixas insanas e perturbadoras, e só para constar já estamos no processo de gravação!

11) Vocês tem contato com alguma gravadora específica? Ou os lançamentos serão independentes?
Évora Morgana: Totalmente independente por enquanto, mas se rolar algum selo estamos abertos a negociações!


12) Qual sua visão da cena underground no Brasil?

Évora Morgana e Mephistopheles: O Brasil possui muitas bandas relativamente boas com músicas bem executadas ao vivo que não devem nada para as bandas do exterior. Mas infelizmente não dá pra se manter no ramo da música como sustento, a maioria das bandas aqui no país é por amor a camiseta digamos assim,temos que ter outra profissão engatilhada para sobreviver, é uma realidade injusta.

A cena no país inteiro, eu sinto que pelos meios da internet está crescendo e ´por esse mesmo meio todos conseguem apresentar seu trabalho não só no país mas para o mundo.


13) Planos futuros:

Mephistopheles: Antes de mais nada terminar os Cds e esperar uma boa aceitação do público e a caráter de show gostaríamos de expandir nossas músicas ao vivo em outros estados do Brasil. Divulgar a banda inclusive a nível internacional se for possível hehehe e trabalhar no segundo vídeo clip da banda.

SINOATH

01. TELL US ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF SINOATH?


- Sinotah was formed in May 1990, I and Salvatore (the current drummer) we are two of the
founding members of the band. Influenced by the death black scene We decided to form the band, the first "Forged in Blood" demo released in January 1991 was very successful in the
underground circuit thanks to the use of keyboards in all the songs and doom atmospheric riffs,
a choice that was never ever more abandoned. In 1993 band released the second demo "Still in
the grey dying", which it did a good impression between the specialized magazines and after
it was reprinted on cd from a well-known italian label Nosferatu Records, this is the definitive one launch pad for the Sinoath, the rest is history...


02) WHAT IS THE FEELING FOR THE CHOICE OF SINOATH?


- The idea of the moniker of our friend and newly adopted to the original members of the band, if you turn the vinyl of "Hell awaits" in the intro when you repeat "Join us..." it seems like you say Sinoath. Some instead they mean it as Sin of Oath.
Anyway we like to leave ours freely fans the interpretation of the moniker.


03) WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?


- Initially Sinoath played classic death black metal with doom influences, over the years and with various line-up changes the sound of is getting more and more directed towards doom death metal with extensive use of keyboards and parts weather. Now with the new album (we're currently working on it) we say that we play doom metal with heavy and death openings.


04) HOW`S THE ACTUAL LINE UP?


Francesco Cucinotta: guitars,vocals & keyboards; Fabio Lipera: guitars; Alessio Zappalà: bass; Salvatore Fichera: drums.


05) WHAT´S YOUR INFLUENCES?

- The influences are manifold, since every member of the band listens to different music, I can only tell you what I listen, so it influences me unconsciously in composing songs or single riffs that I put in the songs composed by other members of Sinoath.

Well, for years now almost exclusively listen to heavy metal '80s, even though I also listen
death metal '90s and hard rock.



06) WHO WRITES THE MUSIC? LYRICS?


- In the new album as well as in "Meanders of doom" the lyrics were written mainly by guitarist/singer Francesco Cucinotta and drummer Salvatore Fichera.



07) WHAT’S THE MESSAGE BEHIND YOUR LYRICS? AND WHERE DO THE LYRIC IDEAS COME FROM?


- It is not easy to describe our lyrics because each lyric is often very different on the other, is because we let the hidden message in them be interpreted by whom listen to our music. However, mainly, we turn to pagan legends, astrology, the power of the human mind, and the mystery of life and death.


08) WHAT DO YOU THINK OF RELIGIONS?


- I believe that religions, especially monotheistic ones, from the beginning of the first civilizations, sumerians, assyrians, babylons, egyptians etc have been a tool to make
slave the common man, the power of a few through terror, deprivation and precisely the
subjection. This is still happening today with christianity, islam ect.

There is no God on earth, no prophet, no heaven, no hell.

Ultimately religion is an excellent tool of power and money.

09) HOW MANY CD`S HAVE YOU RELEASED?


- Despite the band exists from 27 years, our discography is not as copious, 'cause in our history
ours have had varying degrees of line-ups and especially several periods of inactivity.

I write briefly about our official works: "Forged in blood" (Self produced, 1990), "Still in the gray dying" (Nosferatu Records, 1993) "Research" (Polyphemus Records, 1995),

"Under the Ashes" (Elegy Music, 2007), "Meanders of Doom" (Final Earthbeat Productions, 2015).

And in December 2017 will be out our third full lenght album "Anamnesis".



10) TELL US MORE ABOUT CD: 2007 "Under The Ashes" (CD, Elegy Music)?


- Well, in this album I was not present, even if the only original member of Sinoath remained (Salvatore Fichera) had contacted me to join. So much of the merit of this album is his.

How job is very evil and aggressive compared to "Research" too if you do not miss doom parts.

The album was recorded with a lot of expertise and professionalism, as Salvatore is usually doing. they used it exclusively 70s/80s instruments to give that vintage touch to global sound.

The job was greeted very well from the specialized press and has also been a great promotional

work from Elegy Music. I'm still listening to the truth and I'm proud of this album.



11) AND ABOUT CD: 2015 "Meanders of doom" (CD-EP, Final Earthbeat Prod.)?


- After a long period of silence and inactivity, I and Salvatore decided in 2014 to reform Sinoath

and then we went to work immediately completing the line-up with Alessio (bass), Massimo (Guitar) and Francesco (vocals and keyboards). After two years of hard work, he finally came out "Meanders of Doom" via Final Earthbeat Productions, and includes only 2 tracks and a intro but hard 20 minutes, so let's say a mini album. The sound in this work is more doom than the previous albums.

At the moment has received great criticism from webzines and magazines all around the world,
so we can only feel very happy about this latest cd.

- All our CDs are available through our official facebook page. We also have 4 different types of T-shirts

and in October 31 of this album will be selling also a double lp "Forged in blood/Still in the grey dying"

13) DID YOU HAVE PLAYED MANY GIGS?

- As I said before, the band underwent several periods of inactivity and line-ups changes, then live activity

has never been very full, from "Meanders of doom" to today we finally have a line-up very solid so we have

been performing at some festivals and of course our fans will be able to see us live after the release

of the new album.


14) HOW HAS THE FAN RESPONSE BEEN?


- Old fans love us a lot, often write to me to compliment and ask me about the band news,

and that does me very pleased. The younger ones have started to know us after we reformed in 2013 thanks

mainly to the internet platforms and our last works.


15) WHEN DO YOU GUYS PLAY ON WRITING ANY NEW MATERIAL?

- Currently we are in the studio to record our new album "Anamnesis", we hope to complete the mixing and

mastering by September. We worked for two years on this album so we very much do a work worthy of our name.


16) WHAT´RE YOU FUTURE PLANS?


- Mainly promote the new album and arrange a support tour.

01) TELL US ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF CRUCIFIER?

Aaa years ago the story started with my cousin george kiriazis at november of 1995 i wanted to create a thrash metal band like sodom exodus possessed kreator....and it starts...............hahaha nice times

02) WHAT IS THE FEELING FOR THE CHOICE OF NAME CRUCIFIER?

we really wanted something old school something catchy...something that is mean thrash...i like that name and we choose it

03) HOW`S THE ACTUAL LINE UP?

The line up we are something like family 3 years we have the same line up ilias vocals nick quitars spiros quitars themis bass and dimitris drumms.......... hope that we will continue together as one

04) WHO WRITES THE MUSIC? LYRICS? AND WHERE DO THE LYRIC IDEAS COME FROM? 

The lyrics of the album voices in my head i wrote them all at past a lot of members wrote songs and lyrics music of the upcoming album was written by our quitarist nick...the lyrics have sociopolitical image about world peace and freedom,daily things and situations that drive us crazy about liverty revolution and truth stories

we have a lot of bands there in greece and a lot of good bands in underground scene and mainstream bands .....but everyone here do things for his band we haven't unity...we have a lot of good band without unity moreover in the underground d.i.y. scene bands support each other and the audiance i better many people here prefer the mainstream bands and when a band plays in a big event some of them prefer to view the headliners and not the openict act bands i hope in the future things gonna change

08) WHAT´S THE THRASH METAL FOR YOU? 

trash metal for me is means GOOD FRIENDLY VIOLENT FUN.............TRUE MUSIC AND ALSO MUSIC WITH A LOT OF FEELINGS

at september it will be released by punishment 18 records it is more technical than previous albums and have something different fast raw technical and OLD SCHOOL SOUND check it and tell us

we have a lot we try to organize a lot of things and firstly to promote our album later on we have a gig with tankard at thesaloniki city ...and we will see..keep in contact
