01. HOW ALL STARTED?

Artemi Khorochev: Well, it all started with the fact that at first I had my first punk project called "The Ahineya", which lasted 8 years. In 2012, we recorded a single in the studio and then there were changes in my personal life.I had to move to live in another city. There, I put together a new composition and even under this name we gave the last concert at a rock festival and released a split with punk band from Serbia - Etiopia. Then I realized that the sound and Power steering new songs - it should be the beginning of a new project, a new history of hardcore punk.And we decided to call the project a different name and rehearse new songs. And founded the project Confront Stage. In January 2013, held the first rehearsal and it was also the date for the creation of this project. In the same year, 2013. Our two track entered the Brazilian punk compilation called "Chaoz Day 3", which is released in the studio of our friends - Luta Armada. 02. HOW TO DEFINE THE BAND´S SOUND? Artemi Khorochev: The sound of our group, our songs came as - that by itself. I bought a great lotion and death metal guitar sound became heavier and hardcore. What I wanted. Seeing as injustice, corruption, banditry and war consumes our world, not just the city.And it can not ignore the unwritten about what is happening. Now, let's say, in our country, terrible things happen: civil war, banditry and murder. People are blind and can not see that the authorities are using it as their cannon fodder and as something unnecessary. Inspires me to rush that at least the music and words to bring people the picture of the world in which we live, and they do not see. We strive to change something in their minds. Whether we get it or not, we do not know. But the main thing that was not indifferent. 05. TELL US MORE ABOUT THE MUSIC ¨HANEPEKOP¨. Artemi Khorochev: The song "НАПЕРЕКОР" (in English "Defiance"). Was written in the summer of 2009. This song is a scream of the people, scream simple working man against the bad attitude of the state over the individual. The song previously heard in my first project after the collapse of it, we decided to resume it collectives, and adjust to weight and add to our project tracklist Confront Stage.   And the song took on a new sound, a new breath and strength of rebellion! 06. TELL US ABOUT THE SCENE UKRANIE. Artemi Khorochev: About Ukrainian punk scene? Ukrainian hardcore punk scene was formed only in the early 2000s. it then began to appear the first group of such direction, including us. my first project "The Ahineya" Which was formed in the summer of 2005. TELL US ABOUT FAVORITE BANDS? Artemi Khorochev: Favorite bands, in fact, many. we love both old and new bands playing in the old ways of the New York school hardcore, hardcore punk, street punk and crust. The Exploited, The Casualties, Acidez, Luta Armada, Nirvana, Defiler, Turnstile and others. They can be many to list. And also we love to listen to old-school heavy metal, thrash metal and crossover. 10. COMMENT ABOUT THE SINGLE: HANEPEKOP 2014. Artemi Khorochev: As for the song "ДЕТИ УЛИЦ" (KIDS OF THE STREETS), it was written by one author, my friends from Russia. He wrote to me like: "Hey, dude, please read my texts, which can then enjoy it and you?". I said, "Well good! I appreciate." I have read his work and I was very touched this text. And he said to me, "Take it, I give it to you.". That's the story of this song. As I remember, I sat a long time with a guitar and strummed melodies and suddenly in my head sounded a street punk rhythm. I turned on the drum sounds on the guitar processor, and for them I wrote this melody, which now sounds in this song. actually, this song carries a vital topic for our time with you now. Theme in a song about being abandoned by mothers of children of children who had their identity holds in orphanages and on the streets. Abandoned by their parents and then they hate society and indifferently pass by them all. Life pushes them to steal and wander to survive in the wild society and their country. And that street punk should carry nature of the text of this song that we actually did. 13. WHAT`RE YOUR FUTURE PLANS? Artemi Khorochev: Plans for the future?
