01. TELL US ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF DIRIGIRI?

Dirigiri: The band started in 2004 between Rhythm/Lead Guitarist -Gene Olivarri and Dirigiri Drummer-Omar Guerra through a Metal publication magazine in San Antonio,Texas called the Edge magazine through an ad placed by Dirigiri Drummer Omar Guerra. The first years were a little hard finding the right people that we had chemistry with finally on our guitarist birthday he was invited by a friend to go to a bar and have a drink with him and thats how our guitarist Gene Olivarri met our Bassist/Vocalist-Derek Dishner it was fate we feel.

02. HOW DO YOU DEFINE: DIRIGIRI MUSIC?

Dirigiri:We define our music as Death/Thrash but really their is something more behind our sound we love late 1980's hardcore punk and death metal and of course Thrash! so we really add a little something more with the punk beats with a unique attack on our music. 

03. HOW IS THE ACTUAL LINE UP?

Dirigiri: Is Derek Dishner-Vocals/Bass, Omar Guerra-Drums Gene Olivarri-Rhythm/Lead Guitars

04. COMMENT ABOUT YOUR INFLUENCES?

Dirigiri: Our influence's are late 1980's hardcore punk Early Death Metal like possessed,morgoth,Repulsion and so fourth for thrash we love Destruction,Kreator,Dark Angel,Exodus.

05. DID YOU HAVE PLAYED MANY GIGS?

Dirigiri:Countless gigging i cant even think of the number of shows we have done through the years but its many of them.

06. WHAT MERCHANDISE DO YOU STILL HAVE AVAILABLE?

Dirigiri: Yes as of right now we have t-shirts available at shows and our first release our self-titled E.p. the website is coming soon we are still working on it so people can start ordering or material and items for sale.you can find our cd through Abyss Records, New Order Records,Obsculumn Curentum Records,Satanica Productions,and also Murder Records.

07. HOW ARE YOUR NEWS WORDS?

Dirigiri:The response has been overwhelmingly great for our sef-titled Release from Zines,Magazines,Webzines etc people have been really embracing the sound and aggersion of our music and thats all we could ask for its why we made to music so that everyone one could enjoy.

08. HAVE YOU GUYS EVER PLAYED IN ANOTHER COUNTRY?

Dirigiri:Yes we have toured in Mexico it was an awesome experience and great metalheads too that have a huge passion for this music.

09. AS YOU SEE THE UNDERGROUND SCENE ON YOUR COUNTRY?

Dirigiri: The underground scene is good in different places around Texas many diehard fans that come out to underground shows to hear the music they love in my opinon Texas is jsut a smaller Europe we love metal.
